Option 1 –  Ani Plaza Hotel.

A block of rooms has been reserved at group rate at the Ani Plaza Hotel, http://www.anihotel.com/. To reserve a room at the group rate shown below fill out the hotel reservation form at http://anihotel.com/reservation.html and state the group reservation code ‘IFIP2012’ in the comment field. Please note that the group rate is available until May 15, 2012. We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible since June is a high season and many hotels are full.

Ani King                               42000 AMD/night

Junior Suite                        44,000 AMD/night

De Luxe                               47,000 AMD/night

Executive Suite                  59,000 AMD/ni

For double occupancy at the Ani King and Junior Suite categories additional 5000 dram is charged per night.
Rates include Breakfast and value-added tax (VAT). The current exchange rate is 380AMD = $1.
Transportation from the hotel to the AUA will be provided.

Option 2 — AUA Barsam Suites.

A limited number of rooms is available in the AUA Barsam Suites, http://www.auabarsamsuites.com/. These are less expensive, but there are fewer amenities (no indoor/outdoor cafes, breakfast is served in the room). For reservation, please contact [email protected], or make an online booking through the “BOOK ONLINE NOW!” window.

The room rates are:

Junior Suite (single occupancy)                    25,000 AMD/night

Senior Suite (double occupancy)                 38,000 AMD/night

Executive Suite (triple occupancy)              55,000 AMD/night

Additional person in the room costs 3,000AMD/night.
Rates include VAT, but breakfast is served for an additional 3,000 AMD.
Barsam Suites is two metro stations from AUA.
